Go Nuts for Heart Health!

Eating a handful of nuts may significantly improve your heart health. Just 2.4 oz. of walnuts, almonds, pistachios, or hazelnuts a day has been shown to decrease LDL ("bad") cholesterol and triglyceride levels. So go for it. Have a nutty snack and help your heart.
