FATIGUE.

Fatigue is quite a complex syndrome with both mental and physical aspects that have baffled experts for years. Fatigue generally viewed as a symptom but that "tired feeling" is by far one of the most frequent of  health complains.  Although research into the complexities of fatigue is still in its infancy , enough is known today to prevent and deal with much of suffery and incapacity resulting from fatigue. 

Fatigue may be defined as a conscious state of discomfort accompanied by a desire for rest a feeling of being unable to carry on, also be a feeling of futility and a need to escape. Fatigue may be physical or a mental acute or a chronic healthy or pathological.
